BANANA PANCAKES

Ingredients:

  • 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Butter or oil for greasing the pan
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg

Instructions:
